Saturate foot area with lukewarm to warm water, or submerge your feet into a basin of water, filled with one of our Foot Soaks then following up with a scoop of our Foot Scrub, massage gently in circular motions to help increase blood flow, which helps to reduce tight muscles within the arch or bottom of the feet.
Rinse with cool water.
Apply one of our moisturizing body butters or body lotions.
Use 1-2x weekly or bi-weekly
